There are many job roles that support our process, be they professional specialists or administrators in the Regions or in Head-Office; everyone plays their part in contributing to a fantastic product.

It is clear that you do not have to have a construction job to play a part in the success of a construction company.

Secretarial

All departments in the Company could not function without the support of Administrators, Secretaries and Receptionists who work at each of our regional offices.
Some administrative staff are specialists in their departments whilst others will have a more general and broader supporting role.

Legal services

Some support roles are not based at each location, but provide regional support to other their own as well as other operating companies.
Our in-house legal team operates from three locations employing Solicitors, Legal Managers, Conveyancers and Legal Secretaries, providing essential input to the land acquisition and sales processes.

Health & Safety

Our team of Health & Safety Advisors provide hands-on support and essential guidance for our construction operations across our 400 development sites ensuring compliance with building regulations and Health & Safety legislation.

Human Resources

Our Regional HR Managers provide guidance to the companies in all personnel matters, including training and development, and also ensure the company complies with its obligations in respect of the full range of employment legislation.

Information Technology

Our in-house IT Department plays an important role delivering the systems to enable our business to run smoothly.
Our IT Analysts, IT Managers, IT Trainers and Network and Systems Support Managers maintain the Group’s communication and information infrastructure from two locations.

Head Office

The Group’s Head Office in York is home to many of our support services including Payroll, Group Risk and Company Secretariat, as well as being the base for our Executive Main Board Directors.
