Key features of our Graduate Scheme include a 1 year structured programme; placements in our four core areas (Land & Planning, Technical, Construction, and Sales & Marketing); further specific training and experience to suit your personal career objectives ; Head Office residential courses; introduction to our key support functions including Customer Care, Legal and Finance; mentoring throughout and real decision making, budget management and presentation of recommendations from day one!
Your Programme will be rounded off with a move to a line role in your chosen specialism.
