The Persimmon Group is firmly committed to the training and development of new entrants to the Industry and an apprenticeship offers a challenge, valuable training, job security and great career prospects.

• Working alongside experience trades people, with valuable on the job experience you will build up your knowledge and skills leading towards NVQ qualifications.
• As well as your site experience you will attend your local college on day or block release to complete your training.
• Whether you’re looking to ply your trade as a Bricklayer, Carpenter, Joiner, Plumber, Electrician, Painter or Plasterer an Apprenticeship with Persimmon could be for you.
• With the annual Apprentice of the Year Award, Persimmon ensures that apprentices remain an important and valued part of our workforce.

We are pleased to announce that we will once more be offering a selected number of apprenticeships across the country. If you are interested, use the job search function to see if your local Company is recruiting. However, these positions go fast so it is also worth you registering your interest by submitting a speculative application.
