When building begins the construction team maintains regular contact with all other departments in the company to ensure deadlines for build commencement, show houses and legal completions are met. Throughout the build phase it is vital that costs and overheads are tightly controlled. These are monitored on a daily basis, together with build progress to ensure developments do not over run in respect of costs or time.
